    Prerequisites:

    Dancers must already have a solid cartwheel, one-handed (far and near) cartwheel on both sides, and a smooth front walkover.

    Cartwheel Variations – Introduction to different styles like lunge-to-lunge cartwheels and side cartwheels.

Whether you're working on your first front or back walkover or refining advanced variations like the one-handed walkover and Valdez, this session will help you build strength, flexibility, and technique for flawless execution.

    What to Expect:

    Fundamentals of Front & Back Walkovers – Master proper alignment, takeoff, and landing mechanics.

    Strength & Flexibility Training – Develop core, shoulder, and leg strength to support controlled walkovers.

    Progressions to Advanced Walkovers – Work toward one-handed walkovers, Valdez, and fluid transitions into and out of walkovers.

    Bridge Drills for Control & Stability – Improve prances, weight shifts, and push-off strength for effortless movement.

    Technique Refinement & Corrections – Eliminate bad habits and gain confidence in executing walkovers cleanly.

    Prerequisites:

    Dancers must already have a clean bridge from the floor, be able to execute prances in the bridge, and demonstrate core and leg strength for walkovers.

Designed for intermediate to advanced dancers, this session will refine technique, build explosive power, and develop body awareness for stronger, more controlled skills.

    What to Expect:

    Hands-On Training for Handsprings – Improve takeoff, rebound, and landing mechanics for front and back handsprings.

    Tuck Technique & Air Awareness – Learn proper rotation, height, and landing control for front and back tucks.

    Strength & Plyometric Drills – Develop the power needed to execute skills with confidence.

    Spotting & Progressions – Work safely through step-by-step progressions to refine technique.

    Common Mistakes & Fixes – Eliminate form errors and gain consistency in execution.

    Prerequisites:

    Dancers must already be able to execute both front and back walkovers while demonstrating arm strength, core strength, and body control.

  • Take your pirouettes to the next level with this specialized workshop designed for dancers looking to improve consistency, technique, and multiple rotations! This workshop will break down the mechanics of clean, controlled turns and introduce advanced turning techniques for increased precision and power.

    What to Expect:

    Turn Technique Refinement – Fine-tune your body alignment, spotting, and balance for smoother turns.

    Core & Leg Strength for Multiple Rotations – Learn key exercises to improve stability and control.

    Advanced Pirouette Variations – Work on doubles, triples, and specialty turns like attitude, a la seconde, and en dehors/en dedans variations.

    Drills for Better Consistency – Learn how to correct common mistakes and achieve reliable turns in choreography.

    Weight Placement & Takeoff Power – Understand how to use the floor efficiently for stronger turns.

    Designed for dancers ages 8+ with a solid foundation in pirouette technique.

    Prerequisites:

    Dancers must already be able to execute single pirouettes, piqué turns, and chaînés with confidence.

  • Unlock your full range of motion while learning how to strengthen and control hypermobile joints! This workshop is designed for dancers with strong flexibility who want to refine their mobility safely and effectively. Through a combination of advanced stretching techniques, active flexibility drills, and stability exercises, dancers will learn how to maximize their range while preventing injury.

    What to Expect:

    Deep Stretching Progressions – Elevate your flexibility with targeted techniques for splits, backbends, and extensions.

    Active Mobility Training – Learn how to engage muscles to support extreme ranges of motion.

    Hyperextension Control – Strengthen knees, elbows, and lower back to avoid over-reliance on passive flexibility.

    Core & Stability Work – Develop strength in deep muscle groups to improve balance and alignment.

    Joint Protection & Injury Prevention – Understand how to train safely with hypermobility.

    Designed for Intermediate to advanced dancers (ages 9+) with strong flexibility looking to refine control.

    Prerequisites:

    Dancers must already be able to perform basic mobility movements like splits, bridges, and deep lunges.

    This workshop is not recommended for dancers already experiencing major joint pain or instability as well as those with recent ligament tears/dislocations.

  • Join us for an action-packed Paw Patrol Dance Camp, where little dancers will jump, spin, and save the day—one dance move at a time! Each day, we’ll embark on a new adventure with Chase, Skye, Marshall, and the whole Paw Patrol crew, learning fun dance styles like hip-hop, ballet, and acro while completing exciting rescue missions.

    What to Expect:
    Daily themed dance combos inspired by Paw Patrol characters

    Fun obstacle courses & rescue missions

    Creative crafts like DIY police badges & fire helmets

    Teamwork, confidence, and nonstop fun!

    Final Mission: Dancers will perform a special Paw Patrol-inspired routine for parents on the last day!
